Delivery takes place within the European Union and — if selectable during the ordering process — to other countries.

4. Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description:

• Germany: 2-5 working days
• Austria: 2-5 working days
• EU: 3—7 working days

Delivery times start after receipt of payment.

Individually marked products or products that are temporarily out of stock may have different delivery times.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown transparently during the ordering process.

Depending on the country of delivery, there may be different shipping costs.

6. Partial deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.

7. Transfer of risk

In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods is only transferred to the customer upon delivery.

In the case of entrepreneurs, the risk is transferred to the shipping service provider when the goods are handed over.

8. Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery cannot be delivered for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g. incorrect address), the customer bears the costs of reshipment.

9. Damaged shipments

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to the deliverer and to us.
