Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to 14 days to cancel this contract without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the daywhere you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the withdrawal

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will have all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days repay from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days return or hand over this contract to us from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
• Goods which, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
